Correct the bug that exists in the code for Bd2JpsiKstar channel MCT production.

This production request will only re-run the tuple for the bug-affected Bd2JpsiKstar channel. The produced tuple should supersede the Bd2JpsiKstar tuples derived from the previous production request (!564 (merged)).
