Add code to produce combinatorial background templates (supersedes !657)

Add code to combine real e+e- candidates with fake photons to estimate the combinatorial background component in the pi0 -> e+ e- gamma analysis. Fake photons are produced from 'pi+ -> gamma gamma' decays, where pi+ are taken from standard containers and assumed to give an indication of the kinematics of pi0 particles.
