Add K0S2pi2 MC Normalization Channel production for K0S2pi2mu2 analysis

Normalization Channel K0s2pi2 MC Tuples Production for the K0s2pi2mu2 analysis (LHCb Run2).

This is an update to produce the normalization channel tuples for the same analysis, but we want to keep the previous ntuples (signal channel). I'm not sure if I have to create a new production name for this or not.
