Superliaison b2xgamma RD processing for Collision23 data

Copies over from production !613 (merged) Processes Collision23 spruced data (TURBO stream). Removes neutral isolation variables, as extra particles needed to computed are not persisted in the version of the lines used for the HLT2 processing step. Also corrects a few typos in variable names.
