Simulation of PHSP D0 -> KS pi pi pi0 decays. Remove muon from MC decay tree so that all D*+ mesons are reconstructed. This way, the MC tree can be used to retrieve MC truth information for candidates that are not truth-matched by standard tuple tools.

Supersedes !108 (merged), !201 (merged), !205 (merged), !227 (merged). The superseded ntuples should be deleted only after the new merge request is finalised
