Additional MC for Bu2munugamma

Fabian Christoph Glaser requested to merge facglase/B2munuee into master

Adding the pending MC production of MR!680 (simulation is now ready).

  • resonant Bu -> mu nu Xu (-> X gamma)
  • resonant Bd -> mu nu rho+ (-> X gamma)
  • PHSP Bu -> mu nu gamma

Although, some parts of the selection are not applied to the three MC productions of this MR, the scripts are kept identical to MR!680 for completeness.
