Run over missed PID proton lines

Innes Mackay requested to merge imackay-new-proton-lines into master

Run over two of the missing proton PID calibration lines.

A previous MR running over the same data and conditions was copied. The DaVinci version was updated, and the job name has been changed. All unnecessary lines have been commented out, and the two new proton lines have been included.
