Improve on the previous MC reconstruction for TURBO stream

This AP should replace the following !704 (merged)

  • align Allen config with data-taking
  • align Moore config with data-taking
  • reintroduce true variables
  • can I fix the iddl? -> nothing to fix, was issue with missing tistos
  • include hlt2 tis tos
  • include isolations
  • include mass swaps both with and without DTF
  • add Psi2s DTF
