Reference Data and MC for B -> munugamma

Fabian Christoph Glaser requested to merge facglase/B2munugamma into master

Production of:

  • data of reference channel D*+ -> D0 (-> K pi gamma) pi+
  • data and MC (signal + background) of normalization channel B0 -> K* gamma

The production of B0 -> K*Gamma uses the same stripping as RX and adds a few more branches, which are currently not available in the RX tuples.
Productions for B-> munugamma and B -> 3lnu are now being separated.
