Extended MC producion for D02HHPI0 based on a preliminary amp model

Charm: This is the extended MC production for the stripping filtered AMPGEN-based model D02HHPi0 sample (larger sample, 120%) with MC Truth information which will be used for the efficiency correction in the Amplitude analysis on the D0->PiPiPi0. Nothing in the configuration needs to be changed, so copied from the previous MR !671 (merged). I have updated the output name with a suffix to avoid superseding tuples (we need both). But if any previous sample will be superseded, I could correct it further if needed.
