Beam options files for expected 2023 conditions with nu=4.5 (mu=3.0).
Based on discussion in TB on 23. June 2023 new VELO position has been decided. Expected mu=3.0 translates to nu=4.5 for which we provide beam parameters consistent with SIMCOND MR lhcb-conddb/SIMCOND!214 (merged).
