Adding AnalyisHelper scripts for NTuple Wizard productions

Hi, not sure who to assign here.

The dpa wp6 team wishes to centralize the AnalysisHelpers package. It is necessary to have it in order to create OpenData requests with the coming NTuple Wizard. The productions are done within the Analysis Production framework and currently every request also manually pushes the AnalysisHelpers package, see MR!869.

This creates a problem with Analysis Productions as they only expect a single top level directory. But it was rightfully pointed out by @erodrigu that centralizing the package is a reasonable approach anyway and this would simultaneously solve the issue. @masmith pointed out to me that here might be a good place to implement the package to access it directly.
