Add beamfiless for more gas target system in 2024 SMOG2
More gases are expected to inject in SMOG2 cell during 2024 data-taking, such as: H2, D2, O2, Ne. At the meanwhile, Kr, Xe, Ni are also interesting to look at.
The pile-up value can be calculated with expected gas luminosity estimation(LHCb-PUB-2018-015), and Xsection estimated from heavy-ion generators(EPOS, HIJING as reference).

The realistic value will be tuned after the luminosity measurement during the data-taking. At the time being, these expected values are used for studying the trigger rates.

After the beamfiles are merged, new collision types in LbMCSubmit will be added in. (cc @admorris )
