Add charmed baryon SL decays

Hi, all. We plan to add DEC files for following charmed baryon SL decays with generator level cut: image

Extra flags for Xic0, Omegac0 are set to 8 according to official DEC files from Omegac0 -> pK and extra flags for Xic+ is set to 9.

We add generator level cut to improve production efficiency.

All these DEC files have been tested locally and the test is successful.
