Bc->jpsi p pbar pi BC_VPPHAD

This is a new decfile for the Bc -> J/psi p pbar pi+ decay with new BC_VPPHAD model proposed by A. Luchinsky. The code is tested with nightly Gauss version. To pass tests we need to new Gauss v49r25 release with implemented BC_VPPHAD model.
