Fixed bug in LoKi cut tool decay descriptors in 4 B->D*DsX cocktail decay files

Was D*(2010)+ -> (D0 => K- pi+) pi+, now D*(2010)+ => (D0 => K- pi+) pi+ so it picks up radiative photons from the D* decay. Required for productions in LHCBGAUSS-1353

  • Change cut tools to LoKi__GenCutTool
  • Make sure children/descendants are being counted in the desired way
