Add decfile for Lb -> He p p pi pi decays

Decfile for simulating exclusive Lambda_b0 decays into helium-3, two anti-protons and a pair of charged pions. All daughters are required to be in acceptance (via DaughtersInLHCb).

For the same reason as in !1910 (merged), an updated value for the helium-3 mass is set directly in the decfile.

The decfile is also required in Sim10 and was tested for Sim09 and Sim10, both.

Concerning the pipelines, there is the following warning:

  • WARNING Track flag not compliant. It is currently 5, should be 4. Please check.

    While helium-3 is not in the default list, it is a stable (charged) particle, which is why 5 is used.
