Added a new dec file for exclusive B+ -> J/psi pi+pi+pi-pi0 decays ( EventType=12445411 ). The implemented branching fractions roughly correspond to preliminary results obtained on Real Data. The decay products should pass TightCuts (borrowed from B+ and Bc dec-files for similar decays).

The decfile is primarily aimed for Sim09 and was tested with Gauss/v49r25, but should be copied to Sim10 as well.
