Draft: New decfiles for X3872 to DDbPi0/DDbGamma analysis

Adding new decfiles for X3872 -> DDbPi0/DDbGamma analysis with D -> hh, hh=KK, pipi, Kpi final states. A number of decfiles corresponding to different X3872 decay models (PHSP decay and through D*D intermediate states) are included in case of threshold effects near the D*D threshold.
