Draft: Added new dkfiles

The following decfiles are added:

  • with updated HELAMP parameters and HighPtGamma cut
    • B^+ \rightarrow \bar{\Lambda} p \gamma
    • B_s \rightarrow \Lambda \bar{\Lambda} \gamma
    • \Lambda_b \rightarrow \Lambda \phi \gamma

The decfiles are targeting Sim09 but they will be required also for Sim10.
