DecFile for the decay chain [D*(2010)+ -> (D0 -> (K*(892)- -> (KS0 -> pi+ pi-) pi-) mu+ nu_mu) pi+]CC, which is required to implement a new HLT2 line. I already created a DecFile for this decay chain (https://gitlab.cern.ch/lhcb-datapkg/Gen/DecFiles/-/blob/83cde2c3c94d789a72eab02f691678a91ee6c49f/dkfiles/Dst_D0pi,Kstmunu,KS0pi,pipi=DecProdCut.dec), but I required tighter production cuts
