Add Bs_D-pi+,K+pi-pi- decay files

This implements two decay files for \bar{B}_s^0\rightarrow (D^-\rightarrow K^+\pi^-\pi^-)\pi^+:

• no cuts: 13264052
• DaughtersInLHCb cuts: 13264053

The CI pipeline gives a warning because it suggests that the decay flag should be 1 instead of 2, however, I noticed that all the similar decays were implemented with 2, so I guess it's better to stick to that. User flag has been chosen as 5 because all the user flags are already taken and there are relatively similar decays with number 5, i.e. \bar{B}_s^0\rightarrow (D^-\rightarrow K^-\pi^+\pi^-)\pi^+.

I ran Gauss (generator only) + DaVinci on 5 events and it looks good:
