Add a new dkfile for uniform pt e+e- PGun (Eventype:59990003)
Description: Motivation: This DecFile generates a continuum e+ e- sample with transverse momentum uniformly distributed in the range 15–100 GeV. The sample will be used to train a machine learning model to correct for electron readout saturation effects in the detector.
