DecFiles for prompt KK mass spectrum analysis.

This set of decfiles are used for the prompt KK mass spectrum analysis in the IFT working group which includes the observation of f_2(1270), f'_2(1525) and f_0(1710) resonances. Currently, only two of these resonances are present in the dkfile list but are generated from B-decay channels. These new files run pythia8 MB where the aforementioned resonances are produced and forced to decay in the K+ K- channel in pythia8.
