Background modes for R(KS), R(K*+)

Decfiles for D-meson cascade processes and 2 \times (\pi^+ \rightarrow l^+) mis-ID processes which form backgrounds to B^0 \rightarrow K_S^0 l^+ l^- and B^+ \rightarrow K^{*+} l^+ l^- decays. Generator-level cuts are imposed on momenta and visible masses, where appropriate.
