Sklaver/changes loki functors

This MR is created to https://its.cern.ch/jira/browse/LHCBGAUSS-2288. As discussed with @adavis and @kreps I've fixed the lines with the LoKi functor and these decfiles are to be released for Sim10. The pipeline fails as the decay descriptors already exist because I haven't changed these.
