Some web UI patches for Sim10 repo UI migration

Here are some minor patches to some of the files implementing the current web UI. These were applied manually to make Sim09 repository work after a somehow failed update of the UI. They will be needed if we want to also apply the UI changes in Sim10 repository. "Migration" of Sim10 JSON files to collect also corresponding request IDs from LHCbDIRAC si scheduled for this week. This "migration" should not interfere with usage of the web pages (chance of updating the JSON file requested by user at some moment is quite negligible).
