Update readme to explain how to add new throughput test to nightlies

As this has come up a couple of times recently, I'm trying to somehow make this procedure more accessible.

@rmatev and @maszyman do you mind quickly double checking if the steps make sense to you? Also, @maszyman are you ok with being the contact person, to add the entries in the DB? I'm hoping that it won't actually happen too often ;)
