Add new Sprucing BW test files
Work towards lhcb-dpa/project#272.
New Sprucing test files generated by Full streams in hlt2_pp_commissioning.py as of Aug. 17, 2023.
- added a new TestFileDB entry, named
upgrade-minbias-hlt2-full-output-Aug2023. - use the new files for Sprucing BW test, input rate updated.
The input rate of the input files (Hl1-filtered) is around 1.65 MHz, and the overall efficiency is around 7.5%. Therefore, the input rate of Sprucing is about 124 kHz. The efficiency is significantly reduced from before (17.5% -> 7.5%) probably due to the updated Topo tuning.
