[RTADPA BW Tests] BW test page clean-ups

There's several unnecessary plots on the Hlt1 main page, if we make these sections process dependent we can remove the plots from Hlt1 to improve readability.

Leaves Hlt2/Sprucing alone.
Removes Hlt1 plot sections for the following categories for hopefully obvious reasons:

  • lines_per_wg
  • DST Data histogram
  • DST BW histogram

Absorbed: !354 (closed) to reduce number of MRs.
Does ->

  • Removes link to a production stream on the sprucing page that is broken and not relevant for sprucing.
  • Leaves Hlt2/Hlt1 alone
