The year has to be include AFTER the geoemtry of geoemtry format
The year has to be include AFTER the geometry format now to allow the dispatching of the tags for DD4Hep and DetDesc independetly. This is needed for lhcb/Gauss!979 (merged) but it is backward compatible so it will work regardless.
