Came across a local failure when merging lhcb/Moore!2928 (merged) into a branch to make a bandwidth estimate for next week. This is a hotfix for it (line-descriptives.py should take its list of lines from e.g. spruce_bandwidth_wg_streams.py, which you already amended, but I don't have time right now to work on that).
