[RTADPA BW Tests] follow Moore 3064

As Moore!3064 now allows tistos when lines are missing (so that Sprucing can tistos a SuperSet of all lines, thus easier to handle fluid Hlt2 full_stream lines to tistos), a now redundant import was removed (tistos_incompatible_hlt2_lines).

ToDo:

  • Test locally. I would include a log but it's too large! 11MiB > 10 MiB. Suppose you'll have to trust me 😄
