Draft: Test in 2023 the run3 geometry evolution

@dpopov we are introducing this change to conintue the tests for the evolving geometry. In reality we should review the tests and have for Run3 one with the latest 2024 released version of the geometry and one with the evolution.

In the meantime this is a placeholder for the nightly
