Throughput with and without fastreco PbPb/PbAr Hlt2 sequences

Throughput test for heavy ion run 2024, with and without fastreco, with and without UT for PbPb and PbAr Fastreco much faster but big loss of efficiency especially at high multiplicity, hopefully the throughput will show we can afford the default reco

Also addition of TestDBFile, PbPb and PbAr

goes with lhcb/Moore!3798 (merged)
