Add input for NominalBeamline PV tests

The input for an additional test of PV reconstruction, following the RTA issues : https://gitlab.cern.ch/lhcb-rta/mc-requests/-/issues/21 . The additional test is necessary to prevent the problem observed with HLT1 PV reconstruction detailed in lhcb/Allen#466 (closed)
