Draft: Configuration script for creating RecoPhysMon output histograms

Create a HLT1 profiling script that saves the output file into the execution path. The output file is named as HLT1.root. requirement on throughput time is removed compared to MooreOnline_hlt1_pp_default_data.sh .

Create a HLT2 profiling script that runs RecoMonPR test and save the output file into the execution path. The output file is named as `PRMon-EOR.root` . This update should goes together with lhcb/MooreOnline!515.

The test only cares about the output results, but not throughput. Corresponding development at the frontend side can be found in LHCbPR2FE(dev_rtapr) and LHCbNightlyConf(dev_rtapr).
