WIP: add test suite for the throughput tests in different physics scenarios

@sponce , I think it would be nice if we agree on the configurations to test here.

I wrote this generic script because what i usually did to test different physics cases was to run with 20 threads 10 jobs changing the IPCut value and the various PT thresholds. Let me know if you think i have to drop some of them and if we can move the !50 (merged) to this one.
