Hotfix ElectronIDNN

Last minute MR to enhance the ElectronID performance. The MR includes cuts that satisfy the BW division working point at 1.3 MHz , facilitating fast adoption, enhancing the efficiency at the same BW cost.

IMPORTANT This should only be picked up before we go to PHYSICS on May 19th. Otherwise it would difficult very much the interpretability of the selections.
