Update for upgrade trigger detached dimuon weights and adding emu and ee weights

updating dimuon detached weights (including more decays) adding emu and ee weights for inclusive detached trigger. needed for lhcb/Moore!621 (merged). The commited weights are for the upgrade trigger and have not been used yet in any production.
