Sigmoid parameters are based on ideal shower shape MC (see Rec!2319).

DLL is based on Bd2Kstee upgrade sample with long tracks in Ecal acceptance with p>3 GeV/c and either electron (defining signal; not coming from charged pion or kaon decays) or charged pions or kaons (defining background). MC config = Sim10-Up06/Reco-Up03; Polarity = MagDown; CondDB = sim-20200515-vc-md100; DDDB = dddb-20200529.

Originally added to SIMCOND, see SIMCOND!152. Requested to move to ParamFiles, in part to avoid implementation issues in Moore (testing), in part to move PID parametrization outside of conditions database.
