Add necessary NN data for lhcb/Allen!1198 (b4a49867) and lhcb/Allen!1525 (merged)

This should be merged before lhcb/Allen!1198 (b4a49867) and lhcb/Allen!1525 (merged) to enable the Allen ci/cd pipeline
