Enable multiple outputs (streaming) from Moore
This is needed to support the Sprucing use case.
Goes together with lhcb/Moore!1178 (merged).
Requirement to centrally run Sprucing jobs in the Nov. FEST, see https://gitlab.cern.ch/lhcb-dpa/project/-/issues/165.
