Configuration for 2015 data taking suitable for DaVinci v41r5 and newer
The original DaVinci version (v40r1p3) used in Turbo step in simulation productions does not understand gitlabDB needed in Sim10. As the relevant algorithm and tools used in Tesla did not change between v40r1p3 and v41r5, Sim10 can use v41p5 for Turbo step. The only significant change between versions is way how Tesla is configured. This MR introduces 2015 Turbo lines configuration suitable for Tesla in DaVinci v41r5.
@cburr, will TurboStreamProd deploy properly given that this is pure cmt package? Or do we need to introduce some sort of Makefile or cmake file.
@rmatev, you did release last time, but I'm unsure even under which project this falls. I think, I can make release if we do not have responsible defined.
