Jamey k3pi newvars

Jake Lewis Amey requested to merge jamey-K3Pi-newvars into master

Added new variables to selectB2DDh.py, these are:

TIS/TOS for all daughters DOCA for all particles decayLength(Err) for DTF-constrained D0 and D0bar

Variables are required for consistency with B0->D0D0barKpi branching fraction analysis pipeline when including D->K3pi modes
