Added filtering scripts for Bp2DKpi

I have added the following filtering scripts to options/MCFiltering: Bp2DKpi_strip21r1_mDST.py, Bp2DKpi_strip21_mDST.py, Bp2DKpi_strip24r2_mDST.py, Bp2DKpi_strip28r2_mDST.py, Bp2DKpi_strip29r2_mDST.py and Bp2DKpi_strip34_mDST.py. I have also modified the doc/release.notes to indicate that I've added those files. I will need them to filter data from MC simulation of Bp2DKpi events for an amplitude analysis of the decay.
