Modified B2Dsst-Ds neutrals filters

Modified B2DsstGamma B2DsstPi0 B2DsPi0 filters to include both signal and background stripping lines for each event type, as each of these true samples could be reconstructed as the others.

Removed B2DsGamma filter since it is now included in the modified B2DsstGamma filter.
