Stripping Filter script for Lb2LcD decays

Three filter scripts are added for s28r2p2, s29r2p3, and s34r0p3 with mDST.

The following lines are included:

  • StrippingLb2LcDsD2HHHPIDBeauty2CharmLine

The rate for Lb2LcD,Lc2PKpi has been tested as 1.85%
