Update B02D0pipi filtering scripts

Update of B02D0pipi filtering scripts:

  • Make sure all scripts match flagged production scripts in AppConfig/options/DaVinci
  • Add new scripts for S21r1p2 and S21r0p2 (incremental stripping of 2011 and 2012)
    • NB the B02D0KPi and B02D0KK lines did not run in those campaigns, hence they are omitted in these scripts
  • Add lines for B -> D*hh to all (still relevant) scripts
