Added filters for all radiative lines, including Lb lines, for s28r2 (2016), s29r2p1 (2017) and s34r0p1 (2018).

Filters have a retetion rate of around 8% as tested on around 10k Bd2KstGamma (event type 11102202) events. This filter is different from the existing Beauty2XGamma filters as it includes radiative Lb stripping lines in addition to Beauty2XGamma.
